God’s Love Affirmations To Enhance Your Bible Studies
And For Christian Transformation From Romans 12:2
Enhance your Bible studies and our short Bible Study that discusses God’s love for you. This study of affirmations was written to work with the God’s love for you lesson. So you may wish to click on that lesson to learn more about God’s love for you.
Without realizing from the heart how God loves you, it’s not possible to have the kind of trust or faith in Him that’s needed for a strong relationship with Him and to give your burdens to Jesus.
Without giving our burdens to Jesus, we won’t be able to live without the day to day stress that will keep us from following God’s Word which tells us not to be anxious for anything (Matthew 6:34, Philippians 4:6-7).
We need to trust God when we give our burdens to Him through Jesus, but if we don’t realize how much He loves us we’ll distrust Him and His Word (the Bible). So what do we do? We need to become alive in our salvation. We need to follow the process given us in Romans 12:2 to become the New Man in Christ (Ephesians 4:23-24).
Romans 12:2 tells us to transform our minds to the Word of God. God’s Love Affirmations Based Upon Scripture
The God’s love affirmations listed here are based upon the verses given below and the verses I’ve listed on my study of God’s love from scripture. Scripture alone isn’t complete until you meditate upon and get it into your heart. I’m going to help you do that now for God’s love.
God’s Love Affirmation Verses:
The Love Of Jesus For The World
John 15:12-15 (ESV) 12. “This is my commandment, that you love one another as I have loved you. 13 Greater love has no one than this, that someone lay down his life for his friends. 14 You are my friends if you do what I command you. 15. No longer do I call you servants, for the servant does not know what his master is doing; but I have called you friends, for all that I have heard from my Father I have made known to you.
Affirmation Of God’s Love Through Jesus Christ: “I know that Jesus loves me and is my friend because He says in John 15:12-15 that He loves me and everyone. By living His Words I am His friend for now and always. Everything He has heard from our Heavenly Father He has shared with me.”
God Is Love
1 John 4:7 (ESV) 7. Beloved, let us love one another, for love is from God, and whoever loves has been born of God and knows God.
Affirmation Of God’s Love That Tells Us To Love One Another: “I know God because He loves me. I will let His love flow through me for my family (Ephesians 5:25, Ephesians 5:33) and others.” 1 John 4:8 says that if I do not love then I do not know God. I know God because I love others as He loves me.
Live God’s Love For Transformation
Colossians 3:10-14 (ESV)
10. and have put on the new self (new man Ephesians 4:23-24), which is being renewed in knowledge after the image of its creator. 11 Here there is not Greek and Jew, circumcised and uncircumcised, barbarian, Scythian, slave, free; but Christ is all, and in all.
12 Put on then, as God’s chosen ones, holy and beloved, compassionate hearts, kindness, humility, meekness, and patience, 13 bearing with one another and, if one has a complaint against another, forgiving each other; as the Lord has forgiven you, so you also must forgive. 14 And above all these put on love, which binds everything together in perfect harmony.
Affirmations For God’s Love To Desire Living Your Salvation: “I have put on the new man of Christ through renewal of my mind with God’s Word. God’s Word has first place in my life and my heart.”
“I am compassioinate, kind with great humility, meekness and patientience which is bound together with God’s love to create harmony in my home, at church, in business, my community and with friends.”
“Just as God forgives me, I keep my heart pure to forgive all (Mark 11:35-36.).”
