Without worshipping and praising God I wouldn't have had the faith to receive healing when I was told I had the beginning stages of cancer many years ago. I was knew to faith, but I needed an accelerated healing! I didn't realize at the time that Jesus had already healed me over 2000 years ago when He died on the cross, but I was thankful for what I did understand about Jesus and I began to praise and thank God day and night, using the Word to back my praises. It was actually a glorious time because I learned the power of praising and thanking God. It was exilerating! I received healing before I was scheduled to return to my doctor's appointment a few weeks later when I received the medical confirmation that I was healed.
When my daughter Emily began creating short videos years ago, she made me the video above. It reminds me that praise should be an everyday part of our lives. You don't have to be at church to praise God, you can praise Him now! Praise and thank God right now and the Holy Spirit will empower you! THANK YOU JESUS!
We're going to begin lessons on spiritual warfare, but it's important to know that your success or failure against everything that comes against you begins with Jesus. This video is a reminder that we are to continually build a strong foundation of Jesus Christ.
